We are a small family business with over 30 years of experience in the restaurant business. Our head chef, Mr. Kim, first learned the sushi trade 30 years ago and started his own restaurant in Los Angeles. Over the years, our family has brought sushi to communities in Los Angeles, Phoenix, Boston, and now, the Tampa Bay area! 

In addition to sushi, Mr. Kim has been cooking authentic Korean dishes for decades, perfecting every recipe and experimenting with ingredients that give Korean food its bold and distinctive flavors.
